ReCube is upgrading to 2.0 📱 Making Reusable Tableware Rental Service More Convenient 🥳
Starting from December 1st, each ReCube reusable tableware will have a unique QR code sticker on its lid. At that time, users will also see the new version 2.0 in the ReCube app.

Registered users do not need to register for a new account. Please click the button below to watch a video introduction on the borrowing and returning process of 2.0 version.
We will introduce how to use the ReCube app 2.0 to you again via email on December 1st. Please rest assured that there will also be clear instructions within the app itself.
If you borrow the old black containers without QR Code before Dec 1st, you can still return them by December 31st! After December 31st, returns will not be accepted.

The good news is that the ReCube reusable tableware rental service will still be free! You can continue to enjoy the free service🎉
There will be some changes to the return policy:
Special arrangements on November 29th and 30th
Two days prior to the launch date, borrowing of containers will be temporarily suspended on November 29th (Wed) and 30th (Thur). However, during these two days, everyone can still return the containers as usual.
