We’ve revised our “Terms of Use”, “No deposit Agreement”, ““More Use More Reward” Promotion Terms and Conditions”. These revisions will take effect on December 1, 2023 (the “Effective Date”).
Why we are making these revisions?
We are revising our terms for the following reasons:

To cater for the ReCube App 2.0, where new borrow and returns procedures and new rental terms are in place

To improve clarity about our product and service terms

From the Effective Date, you can also refer to the revised terms within the ReCube App.
What should you do if you disagree with the revisions?
If you have no comment on the revisions, there is no action needed from your end. If you do not agree to the revised terms that apply to you, or you are expected to be unable to meet any of the requirements of the revised terms, you may terminate your account with ReCube in accordance with the “Termination of Agreement” section of the existing Terms of Use.
By using the ReCube App or any products or services of ReCube on or after that date, you’ll be agreeing to the updated terms and the revisions shall be binding on you.
