Order Information
Please place your order at least 10 working days in advance. After submitting the form, we will process it as soon as possible and provide you with an invoice. Please complete the payment and provide a deposit slip or transfer record to confirm your order within 5 working days before the event. If it’s particularly urgent, you can indicate this in Section 4 of the form.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer
- Faster Payment System (FPS)
- Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (with a 3.3% transaction fee)
No refunds will be issued after order confirmation, so please carefully review your requirements before placing your order.
Arrange Staff Assistance
Absolutely! We can arrange staff to assist with managing the tableware on-site during the event. Their duties will include distributing and organizing the tableware. If you need this service, please indicate it in the form.

Loss or Damage of Tableware
Please do not mark or label the tableware. If any damage or loss is found after we collect and inventory the items at our facility, additional compensation fees will apply.
Please check the rented tableware before and after the event, and remind participants to return the reusable items. If any containers are found damaged or missing after cleaning, we will charge for the damages.
Tableware Transportation
Pick-up and return at the factory (located in Pinehill Village, Tai Po) is available with an administrative fee of $100.
Alternatively, we can arrange transportation, with fees depending on the location. Please refer to the following one-way transportation fees:
- Hong Kong Island: HKD 350
- Kowloon: HKD 300
- New Territories (Tai Po, Sha Tin, Tsuen Wan, North District): HKD 250
- New Territories (Kwai Tsing, Sai Kung, Tseung Kwan O, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long): HKD 300
Parking fees, tunnel tolls, loading/unloading, late-night transportation, or remote areas may incur additional charges.
